Our glass containers are 100% recyclable, and closures use 50% PCR plastic (varies by availability). Boxes, inserts, and shipping materials are compostable, made with FSC-certified/recycled paper and soy-based ink. Every product also has a plastic-free option and zero-waste refills.
How to recycle
For a zero-waste choice, get a refill. Each comes in a glass bottle with an aluminum lid. Swap your old closure onto the new bottle, then recycle the empty glass and lid! If not refilling, wash, remove the label, and recycle the glass. Take apart closures and check local recycling guidelines—small pieces (like closure elements and label backing) can be recycled through PACT Collective or be discarded. All boxes and shipping materials can be composted, reused, or recycled.

TL;DR - not at all hydrating for me
I generally love Earth Harbor products, but this one was unfortunately a let down. I received it as a free sample with an order, my experience with it is that it does not really hydrate my lips, it just sits on the surface of the skin without absorbing. My lips feel just as dry or even drier after wearing it.
(Side note: Although the description does not say that this product provides a plumping effect, the name implies that it does, and since I got it as a sample I was expecting a plumping effect from it until I read the website.)

"20 BUCKS ON LIP BALM? "the little voice in my head was saying to me. But, I'm in love with Earth Harbor. Their products are so good I don't think I'll ever use another OTC brand again. So I bought it. I'm very glad I did. It is definitely a decent size amount of lip balm. My lips get scary, super dry from my prescription face cream (which I'm considering stopping altogether for this brand) and this does a pretty good job on them. Also love the non-toxic part. The balm also has a pleasant scent. So I am adding this as a staple.

A little goes a long way with this stuff. I usually apply a slickly thicker layer at night, and I wake up with lips that are so soft and smooth. About mid day I’ll put on a thin layer, and it instantly hydrates.

The top of the product kind of has a seal that you need to dig into to really use it. You can't just swipe your finger on top cuz you won't get anything. But once you dig into the product, I use my fingernail to just take out a tiny bit and apply it with my finger, it is so silky and moisturizing. I use it every night and every morning. It's lightly! Scented very little flavor. It's like rose but with a hint of sweetness. I love this stuff!
